
Caring for Aging Animals
As animals age their needs change, we will talk about how to help them age gracefully and more comfortably.
From nutrition, mobility, and common aging issues, we will cover them! This Caring for Aging Animals class will answer your questions about how to advocate for your animals in their senior years, understand when it might be time for them to help them cross over the rainbow bridge and support them in confusing times as their bodies are no longer young and active. From arthritis, senility, to loss of bodily functions, you’ll learn how to continue to live a fruitful and healthy life.
About your instructor: Rachael Wahab, ABCDT, PM, AAS, is a certified dog trainer, completed her pet massage certification, reiki level 2, animal aromatherapy specialist level 1 and level 2 training and is now working on her pet therapeutic nutrition certification. Rachael’s thoughts are, the better knowledge she has, the more she can help her clients and their animals. She is also a AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator.
